The buzziest donut sweeping the country is now in the Twin Cities

Japan’s favorite donut has arrived in Minnesota and a St. Paul shop is baking them up fresh all day long, seven days a week. Soga Mochi Donut is inside Dragon Star Oriental Foods. The mochi donut is made up of eight doughy circles that are both crispy and chewy. There are at least two more mochi donut shops opening in the next year, one in Dinkytown and the other in Eden Prairie.
