Rep. Thompson won't answer whether he will release bodycam footage

Conflicting claims continue following a traffic stop on Sunday that resulted in Minnesota House Rep. John Thompson confronting police officers, according to St. Paul Police Chief Todd Axtell. However, not everyone agrees exactly what happened without the release of bodycam footage.
