Buildings evacuated near University of Minnesota after explosion in sewer

The University of Minnesota issued an alert Thursday afternoon for residents to evacuate after an explosion in the sewer and a fire in a fraternity basement. Authorities say the explosion was due to a possible gasoline spill or leak in the sewer line.
