New Minnesota State Fair foods: Breakfast Gnocchi

The Blue Barn's new food at the Minnesota State Fair this year is Breakfast Gnocchi, a bed of potato gnocchi topped with scrambled eggs, bacon, pesto cream, shallots and balsamic glaze.
