Girl with rare cancer helping others with a carnival

Wishes & More granted a carnival for 2-year-old Kenna, who suffers from a rare form of eye cancer. Kenna's family thought a carnival was the perfect opportunity to celebrate while connecting others to have an opportunity to have their wish granted.
