Surveillance video shows man setting fire to Salvation Army chapel in Brooklyn Park

Brooklyn Park police have arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of arson after a Salvation Army service center was broken into, vandalized and set on fire Thursday night, the day before a community coat drive.
