Minnesota weather: Cooler Thursday but some sunshine

Colder start and a colder afternoon on Thursday, but we will finally see some reasonable sunshine. May have a few clouds in the morning, but plenty bright and fairly tranquil this afternoon. That is before increasing breezes, rising temps, and a dash of light snow late tonight.
