Reconnect Rondo gets $2M in federal funding for I-94 land bridge

A plan to reconnect St. Paul's Rondo neighborhood is getting a major cash infusion in the form of a $2 million grant from the federal government. The project would put a land bridge over a portion of Interstate 94, featuring affordable housing, green space and a marketplace.
