Minnesota weather: Sloppy Thursday, chilly Friday

Twin Cities Metro and large part of Minnesota are now under a winter weather advisory. Minimal snow totals but wet/heavy snow will make for problems Thursday evening before temperatures drop with a cold/windy "January-type" day Friday.
