St. Paul neighborhood shooting leaves neighbors worried

A popular bar along Grand Avenue in St. Paul, Billy’s on Grand has had problems with crime in the past – the latest being this past weekend. Residents in the neighboring community are worried whether the bar has been conducive to crime, as it hopes to renew its liquor license. FOX 9’s Rob OIson has the latest.
