Maison Margaux: David Fhima’s new Minneapolis restaurant
After two years of renovations, the former Ribnick Fur building in the North Loop is now French brasserie, Maison Margaux. It’s described as bringing a bit of Paris and the Moulin Rouge to the neighborhood. David Fhima and his team are behind the restaurant, an idea that they started developing three years ago. The three-story building has a private event space on the upper level, a bar and restaurant on the main level and the Underground Bar on the lower level. Each space has a different look and feel. Maison Margaux opens Friday, May 12. It’s located at 224 N 1st St. in Minneapolis.
