'Forest Bathing' at the U of M Landscape Arboretum
As part of the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum’s Nature Heals Initiative, the arboretum is offering “forest bathing” courses that allow people to explore a stronger, more meaningful connection with nature. The term “forest bathing” is inspired by the Japanese concept of “shinrin yoku” which means taking in the atmosphere of the forest, often times as a form of therapy.
