Two charged after MPD Officer 'ambushed'

A shooting that put a Minneapolis Police Officer in the hospital on Aug. 11 has resulted in a man being charged with attempted murder and another as an accomplice following what MPD Chief Brian O’Hara described as an “ambush style” attack.
