Midwest Mountaineering closing after 53 years

Fifty-three years after owner Rod Johnson started Midwest Mountaineering in his kitchen, the outdoor sporting store has grown into a massive operation. "This place has been around forever and it’s kind of a one-of-a-kind store," customer Mike Langlie commented on Wednesday.
