MPLS transfer land to Red Lake Nation [RAW]

The city of Minneapolis announces plan to give two parcels of city owned land back to the Red Lake Nation. The building on the land is to be renovated to become a cultural center for the Red Lake Nation's people to help tackle the opioid epidemic that strongly effects their people.
