Reconnect Rondo hosting summit on Thursday

St. Paul's Rondo neighborhood was split in half when Interstate 94 was built decades ago. Now, the push to Reconnect Rondo continues, with a groundbreaking meeting scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 12. FOX 9's Bill Keller has the details.
