St. Paul Police hold Cops & Kids toy drive

Holiday elves made an apparent visit to St. Paul on Tuesday, as St. Paul Police helped host a Cops & Kids toy drive for those in need - far surpassing even their own goals this season. FOX 9's Rob Olson has the details.
