MN weather: Bright Tuesday; record warmth returns

The record warmth is back for the next couple of days with a high of 54 degrees in the Twin Cities metro on Tuesday. Wednesday is more of the same, but breezier at 20 to 25 mph wind gusts and cloudy skies.
