Burnsville Officer Ruge vigil held in Wabasha

Following his death on Feb. 18, after responding to a domestic disturbance call in Burnsville, a vigil was held for Burnsville Police Officer Matthew Ruge in Wabasha Wednesday night where he was remembered by those who knew him.
