Burnsville memorial service: Mourners, first responders arrive

Scores of mourners and first responders arrive at Grace Church in Eden Prairie for the memorial service for Burnsville Officer Matthew Ruge Officer, Paul Elmstrand and Firefighter-Paramedic Adam Finseth, who were killed in the line of duty on Feb. 18.
