Boy shot in head, 13-year-old, adult arrested

An 11-year-old was shot in the head in St. Paul on Friday. Police believe a 13-year-old girl is responsible for the shooting and was arrested. A 34-year-old man was arrested in relation to the shooting as well. FOX 9's Babs Santos has the story.
