Teens in Mpls shootout to stay in juvenile system

Teen suspects in a Minneapolis gas station shootout will not be tried as adults, the Hennepin County Attorney's Office said. FOX 9's Paul Blume sat down with one of the victims of the shootout, who does not believe the punishment fits the crime.
