Tornado touches down in southern Minnesota

A video captured by Jamie Kiefer shows what appears to be a tornado touching down just outside Hayfield, about 90 miles southeast of the Twin Cities, on Monday, May 20. Chances for severe weather are expected across the Midwest on Tuesday, including in Minnesota.
