Flags to fly at half-staff in Officer Mitchell's honor

Gov. Tim Walz ordered state and U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Minneapolis police officer Jamal Mitchell, who was killed in the line of duty Thursday night. FOX 9's Bill Keller has the latest.
