Outside officers patrolling Mpls during memorial

Twin Cities law enforcement agencies are assisting the Minneapolis Police Department answer calls on Tuesday so officers can attend the memorial service for Officer Jamal Mitchell, who was killed in the line of duty while responding to a shooting on May 30. FOX 9's Se Kwon has the latest.
