MPD Chief O'Hara awards Officer Mitchell the Medal of Honor and Purple Heart

Minneapolis Police Officer Jamal Mitchell was remembered at a memorial service on June 11. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara spoke at the memorial saying that "Jamal's memory will endure forever."
