Minnesota's Tommy’s Law places limits on huffing

One man’s deadly struggle with huffing might end up helping save the lives of others, as aerosol dusters will now have to be kept behind the counter, and only people over the age of 21 can buy them. They will also be limited to only buying three at a time as part of Tommy’s Law.
