Blaine parents, politicians react to daycare abuse

Parents whose kids attend the Small World Learning Center in Blaine held a meeting with Rep. Nolan West on Wednesday to voice their concerns, and call for increased oversight, after finding out police arrested two employees for allegedly abusing infants.
