Truck Park shooting: Man appealing conviction

Devondre Phillips will appeal his conviction in the mass shooting at the Truck Park bar in St. Paul. He was sentenced to nearly 29 years in prison for his role in the deadly shooting. FOX 9's Bill Keller has the details.
