St. Paul's El Burrito Mercado ready for 1st fair

The family-owned market and restaurant has been open for 45 years and after more than a decade of trying to score a spot at the Minnesota State Fair, El Burrito Mercado is getting ready to open their first food booth in the fair's International Bazaar.
