New and improved mobile library hits the streets of St. Paul

St. Paul has a new state-of-the-art library on wheels. The Mobile Library is replacing the book mobile that was used for the last 19 years. The new name reflects more services offered including access to mobile hotspots and Wi-Fi, and notary services. They also carry books in multiple languages and have a wheelchair lift. The Mobile Library is wrapped in artwork created by St. Paul artist Emma Eubanks who visited the Book Mobile as a child.
