Downtown St. Paul shooting leaves woman dead

St. Paul police say a woman was shot and killed in an alley near the area of Kellogg Boulevard and Wall Street on Wednesday. The shooting is under investigation, but police said it's believed that the suspect left that area in a vehicle.
