Police arrest child after stolen vehicle crash: Traffic cameras

Minneapolis police say six children, ages 11-14, were arrested on Tuesday after three armed robberies and two crashes on Interstate 94. MnDOT traffic cameras captured a child running across Interstate 94 after one of those crashes.
