Spooky theater festival returns to Minneapolis

The Twin Cities Horror Festival is back for its 13th year, making it the longest running horror theatre festival in the country. This year’s lineup includes 12 spooky productions, and spans two weekends surrounding Halloween and all shows will be at the Crane Theater in Minneapolis.
