Twin Cities preschool teacher injured in hit-and-run

Beloved Twin Cities preschool teacher, Julia Klatt Singer, was hit while crossing the street in Minneapolis. As she recovers she talks with FOX 9's Babs Santos about her experience. The driver in the hit-and-run has yet to be found.
