MN weather: Plunging temperatures, gusty Wednesday

A cold front moving in on Wednesday will plunge temperatures into the teens and single digits. A wind advisory is in effect from 9 a.m. to midnight for much of the area, with sustained winds of 20-30 mph and gusts exceeding 45 mph, resulting in subzero wind chills.
