MPCA focuses on eco-friendly packaging amid holidays

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency will hold a press conference on Wednesday to highlight a new program making all packaging in the state refillable, reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2032. The agency will also provide tips for reducing packaging waste during the holiday season.
