Winter warmup closes MN ice rinks

Unseasonably warm weather plus recent rainfall have temporarily shut down many outdoor ice-skating rinks across the Twin Cities metro over the weekend. It was sad news for kids on winter break, and for businesses relying on a strong winter season.
