Winter storm slams Midwest, Mid-Atlantic states

A massive winter storm is moving through states in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, with many cities receiving their largest snowfall in a decade. Meanwhile, the freezing rain and ice have left hundreds of thousands of people without power. FOX 9’s meteorologist Cody Matz has more on the winter storm.
