CA wildfires trigger state of emergency declaration

Governor of California Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency due to three wildfires burning in southern parts of the state. Thousands have been forced to evacuate, and the blaze threatens more than 13,000 structures. FOX 9’s Kelly O’Connell has more on the story.
