MN GOP on recall petition for DFLers [RAW]

The Minnesota GOP held a press conference Monday — the day before the start of the Minnesota Legislature — to announce its preparations to file recall petitions against DFL legislators who fail to appear at House quorum calls. House Democrats have threatened to not show up for the first day of the session if a power-sharing agreement can't be reached.
