Joshua Riibe requests release in Dominican court

St. Cloud State University student Joshua Riibe, a person of interest in Sudiksha Konanki's disappearance in the Dominican Republic, appeared in court on Tuesday to request his release. Konanki's parents determined that she likely drowned, and the investigation hasn't found any evidence of foul play.
