Mayor Frey: Mpls a 'safe haven' for undocumented immigrants

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey spoke at a town hall hosted by Ilhan Omar Thursday night, during which he said the city will continue to be a "safe haven" for undocumented immigrants and the transgender community.
