MN weather: Heavy snow up north, spots of rain in metro

The Twin Cities will start Sunday with cloudy skies before scattered rain comes into the area later in the day. A winter weather advisory is in effect in the northern part of Minnesota, with about 2-5 inches of snow expected to accumulate throughout the day.
