Flooding cause damage in south and Midwest

Several rounds of heavy rain have impacted a dozen states with widespread amounts of 6-12+ inches recorded. The flooding comes on the heels of a tornado outbreak that caused dozens of twisters. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz has more on the story.
