Trump on tariff negotiations: ?Deal for everyone?

Responding to questions from reporters, on Wednesday President Donald Trump said that he believes a deal on tariffs could be made with everyone country in the European Union (EU), while also insisting that China ?wants to make a deal, but doesn?t know how to go about it.?
