MN weather: Cool Monday, sun returns Tuesday

FOX 9 Meteorologist Keith Marler says we'll have a cool and blustery Monday to start the week. Southwestern Minnesota could see showers, while northern Minnesota could see some snow before the sun returns Tuesday.
