How MN shooting suspect was taken into custody [RAW]

The BCA's Drew Evans detailed the arrest of Vance Boelter, who was taken into custody on 200th Street in Green Isle after a manhunt that was going on throughout the day. There was information provided that he was seen in the area, and they converged on the area and arrested him.
