Vance Boelter complains of jail conditions at court appearance

The defense team for Vance Boelter complained about the conditions of his stay at the Sherburne County Jail during a Friday appearance at St. Paul federal court. Boelter is the alleged gunman in the shootings of two state lawmakers and their spouses earlier this month.
