Rally brings protesters to the gates of the Minnesota State Fair

After the City of Minneapolis finalized a settlement agreement with the family of Jamar Clark, Black Lives Matter protesters marched Saturday along Snelling Avenue in St. Paul to the Minnesota State Fair.
